Security Pillars and Operational Control

Guildra prioritizes server safety before executing any action recommended by the AI.

Role Hierarchy

The bot strictly respects Discord's role hierarchy. It will never attempt to warn, mute, or ban a member who holds a role higher than Guildra's role.

Owner Protection

Server owner security is inviolable. No AI recommendation can kick, mute, ban, or alter the permissions of the server owner.

API Permissions Validation

Before acting, Guildra checks if it has the necessary API permissions in Discord (Manage Roles, Kick Members, etc.) to prevent execution failures.

Destructive Confirmation

Critical actions such as kicks, bans, or channel deletions require a human moderator to physically click a confirmation button on Discord.

Audit Log

Every successfully executed moderation command is immutably written to the SQLite database and optionally logged in a designated channel.

Recent Context

To answer queries accurately, Guildra reads only the last 12 messages of the current channel, preventing leak of older history.

Guided Moderation

Executes reversible warnings (`warn_member`), temporary mutes (`timeout_member`), voice channel relocation (`move_member`), kicks (`kick_member`), and bans (`ban_member`).

Channel & Role Management

Ability to create and delete channels and roles, and configure specific read/write permissions (`set_channel_permissions`) for specific roles and members.

Transparent Monthly Limits

Free servers receive 50 AI requests and 10 web searches per monthly cycle. Eligible early Founder servers receive 100 requests and 25 searches; Pro includes 500 requests and 100 searches.
